Mr. Williams is a Veterans Administration Fee Appraiser, an FHA Fee Appraiser, an Fannie Mae Approved Appraiser, and also performs various appraisals for attorneys specializing in estate planning and divorce settlement.

Banner Williams Appraisers, Inc. is fully staffed and committed to providing our clients, with excellent customer service.  We are available Monday thru Thursday 9:00am to 6:00pm, and on Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, there is always a staff member in the office during normal business hours to assist you.  Appraisers work on weekends, but the office is closed.
